The machine is uniquely designed for double side lapping and polishing a wide variety of surfaces where flatness and ultra precision surface finish is critical. These materials incude optic glass, cover lens, ceramic,sapphire, silicon wafer, quartz crystal, and other hard and fragile materials.

Machine equipped with three motors. Lower plate and ring gear drive by the same motor while upper plate and sun gear drive by seperate motor.

The length of the drive shaft is effectively shortened, mechanical rigidity of the machine is increased.

Variable frequency speed governor realizes soft start, and soft stop. Machine can work under any speed which is within setting range.

Mechanical safety device prevents upper plate from falling down.

Ring gear and sun gear speed is adjustable to realize planet gears rotation direction changing.
